House is to advance the cause of spreading the whole gospel to the
whole world through the production and dissemination of religious
knowledge, useful literature, and spiritual information in the form
of books, tracts, periodicals, etc.

2.4 How can I get additional information
about a product?
At PentecostalPublishing.com we are working
hard to give our customers as much information as possible about
each and every product we carry. For most items we have managed
to provide some basic information along with an image and description
of the product. However, with such a huge selection of Christian
products, there are a few items that are missing some of this information.
We realize that lack of information makes it difficult for our customers
to make purchasing decisions, so we are working hard to enhance
our database.
3.1 How do I search for a product at PentecostalPublishing.com?
There are a variety of ways to locate products
at PentecostalPublishing.com. If you are searching for a specific
item, you can use our powerful search function. When you enter a
title, author, ISBN number, keyword, or stock number, the search
will locate all items matching your criteria.Or, use our browse
function if you are looking for all the books within a particular
subject or genre.
3.2 Can I browse through the inventory
by category?
Absolutely! At PentecostalPublishing.com,
we categorize each of our titles by four criteria (primary subject,
secondary subject, type, and audience) to organize our enormous
inventory of Christian products into manageable groups. By arranging
our products into these useful categories, we have created a system
that will allow you to easily browse through your favorite type
of Christian products.
3.3 Do you group products by special interests?
PentecostalPublishing.com features a browse
function that allows customers to look through a variety of products
within a particular category.
4.1 Site Content
Our Web site focuses on the material we
carry written by Pentecostal authors. However, we also carry books
from a number of other publishers.
Should you not find a book here that you think we may carry, please
feel free to call us at (314) 837-7304. This automated answering
service is available 24 hours a day.
5.1 Why Login?
By setting up a personal profile, we can
serve you better by bringing to you products that reflect your interests.
There is no faster way to order from PentecostalPublishing.com than
by using a personal profile. By storing all of your ordering information
on our server, you'll be able to order from our huge selection of
Christian products over and over again without re-entering your
mailing address, billing address and name. When using a Personal
Profile, it takes only a few clicks for our great products to be
on their way to you!
5.2 Changing my Preferences
To change you user preferences, simply login
and click on the preferences icon in the top right corner of the
page. This will take you to your user profile where you can change
any information you like.
5.3 Changing my password
Once you have filled out your information on the log in page you
will be emailed a randomly generated password. Return to PentecostalPublishing.com
and login using the password that was sent to you. Then select the
user preferences icon on the top right corner of the page. You can
then change your password and preferences.
5.4 What if I forget my password?
If our server is not accepting the password
you have entered, first check to see if you have changed your e-mail
address since you entered your Personal Profile. You may have the
right password, but it might be listed with different e-mail information.
Try entering your old e-mail address, and then update your Personal
Profile to include your latest e-mail address.
5.5 E-Newsletter
By being a logged in member you will automatically
begin receiving our emailed newsletter. To cancel this service just
sent a reply email with "remove" in the subject line from
the address you would like removed. You will be removed before the
next newsletter comes out.
5.6 Is the information in my Personal
Profile safe and protected?
Yes. You can rest assured that with the
use of secure connections and encryption, any information you enter
on our server is safe from hackers and thieves. At PentecostalPublishing.com
we have a Privacy Policy to assure you that any information given
to us stays with us. At PentecostalPublishing.com we respect your
privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

6.5.1 Choosing a Product
Select the product you would like to purchase
by clicking the "Add to Cart" button below the item.
6.5.2 Removing a Product
To remove an item, select "view cart"
on the shopping cart area on the left hand side of the page. This
will take you to a detail page of your order. Select the items you
would like to remove and click "Update Cart". Your cart
will automatically update and show you the new cart contents.
6.5.3 Completing your Purchase
After you have finished choosing the products
you would like to purchase, click the "Check Out" button.
Following screens will ask you for your name, address, payment information,
and shipping options. All orders are taken via our SECURE SSL server.
The order is sent to Member and Customer Services. You will receive
an email confirmation of your order.

6.7.2 How We Make
Shopping Safe
We use the latest encryption technology
to keep your personal information safe as it is being accessed over
the internet. All your ordering information -- including your name,
address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server
for maximum security. The authenticity of this Security is available
through Verisign. Your credit card and billing information cannot
be read as it travels to our ordering system. All of our internet
servers are protected using the latest in firewall technology to
keep To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we
receive your credit card information, and process your order, we
store it on internal servers that are not accessible from the Internet.
Using this method requires you to enter your Credit Card with each
purchase but ultimately provides a more secure purchasing process.
6.7.3 Guarantee Details
In general, under federal law, you will
not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely
event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
and procedures.
6.8 Your Shopping Cart
6.8.1 What is "Your Shopping Cart"?
Your Shopping Cart is a helpful shopping
tool that always displays the items you've added to your cart without
your having to switch back and forth between screens. It's always
in the upper left corner.
6.8.2 How do I remove items from the Shopping
Cart?
Simply click on the View Details link and
click the check box next to the item you wish to remove. Then click
on update cart.
6.8.3 How long will items stay in the Shopping Cart?
They will stay there until you remove them.
6.8.4 I only see the last five items selected
in the Shopping Cart -- where's the rest of my order?
If you have more than five items in your
cart and wish to view them, simply click the View Details link on
Your Shopping Cart.
6.8.5 If I add an item to my shopping cart,
will I have to purchase it?
You can rest assured that by adding an item
to your shopping cart, you are in no way obligated to buy it. In
fact, the shopping cart at PentecostalPublishing.com operates on
the same principle as a shopping cart in a retail store. It allows
you to collect items that interest you as you shop, but you can
always discard them before you check out. You can edit the contents
of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the View Cart link
6.8.6 After I've added items to the Shopping
Cart, how do I check out?
Click Proceed to Checkout -- it's the bottom
button.
6.8.7 Does the subtotal displayed in the
Shopping Cart include shipping and taxes?
No, the subtotal only includes the cost
of the items in Your Shopping Cart.
7.1 Is it safe to order online from PentecostalPublishing.com
using my credit card?
Independent studies have shown that using
a credit card online over a secure server is safer than ordering
by phone or fax. At PentecostalPublishing.com, we offer a secure
server with top encryption for the safety and convenience of our
customers. Using the secure server, you can rest assured that your
ordering information, includingcredit card number and expiration
date, will remain encrypted, and therefore out of the hands of hackers
and thieves.
7.2 What payment options are available?
You may pay for your purchase by check,
money order, American Express, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. Canadian
and foreign orders are payable in U.S. funds only! No C.O.D orders.
However, we understand that some people are still uneasy with new
types of transactions. With that in mind, customers can still place
orders by phone, mail, or fax, and we'll process those orders just
as quickly as we process online orders.
7.3 Can I be billed? Do you do C.O.D.?
Due to our low prices, we are unable to
process any "collect on delivery" transactions.

7.4 When will my credit card be charged
for my order?
After you submit an order to PentecostalPublishing.com, you will
receive an automatically generated e-mail from our main computer
system to confirm that the order has been received. Occasionally
some of our products may be out of stock at the time of your order.
If there are backorders on your order, we won't charge your credit
card until they have been shipped.
7.5 Will you charge me immediately if
I place an order for something that's backordered?
Occasionally some of our products may be
out of stock at the time of your order, and we apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause you.
8.1 Merchandise Lost in Transit
Due to postal requirements, your merchandise
may be shipped in more than one package and, therefore, arrive on
different days. In the event a part or all of your order is not
delivered, please notify your postal personnel. In the event it
is determined to be lost, notify customer service for a reshipment.
8.2 Transportation Charges
Shipping and handling charges must be adjusted
to current postal rates. Current rates are listed on the shipping method page during checkout.
Missouri residents are charged the cuurent sales tax.
Due to a computer system change all graded Sunday school literature
will be shipped separately from all other material.
Whenever practical, approval should be requested
before returning items. Your original order, invoice, and / or paperwork
should accompany your returned merchandise. No credit may be allowed
for out-of-date literature or dated materials. Sunday school literature
must be returned within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Other
merchandise may be returned within 30 days. We cannot ship items
on consignment or trial.

10.2 Why do you ask for my phone number
when I order?
As with e-mail addresses, we know that some
folks are hesitant to divulge their telephone number over the World
Wide Web. But we care about your privacy. We assure you that we
will only use your telephone number to verify information about
your order or to update you on any potential problems. We absolutely
will not rent out your phone number or make it public information.
10.3 My phone number is unlisted; do I
have to give it to you?
We require a phone number for all orders
placed at PentecostalPublishing.com to allow us to contact our customers
quickly in the event that there's a problem with their order. Please
let us assure you that we will only use your telephone number to
verify information about your order and to update you on potential
problems with fulfilling your order. We will not rent out your phone
number under any circumstances.
10.4 Do you leave "cookies"
on your customers' computers?
A "cookie" is a harmless string
of text that contains information about a specific customer. Websites
will often place a cookie in the memory of a customer's computer
for the purpose of recognizing that individual customer when he
or she later returns to the site. By the limited use of cookies,
PentecostalPublishing.com is able to give customers individual and
personalized service. At PentecostalPublishing.com we will leave

The Pentecostal Publishing House publishes
an annual catalog. It becomes effective immediately and supersedes
all others previously published. The catalog prices were current
when printed. However, changes occur with some frequency.

One of our additional features is our book
club. Members of this club will receive a bi-monthly newsletter
featuring new books by Pentecostal authors at reduced prices. Members
receive only the books they request. No automatics are sent. No
postage is charged on US mailings and 15% on Foreign and Canadian.
A member's only obligation is to choose two books from the initial
newsletter and enclose a $4.00 check or money order. If you are

13.1 How do I subscribe?
Simply click on the E-Newsletter link on
the left side column and fill in your name and email address and
you'll be signed up. It's that simple!
13.2 Why Should I subscribe?
If you're interested in special sales,
exclusive author interviews, and excerpts from the latest (and even
prerelease) books published by Word Aflame Press, then you must

nowhere else.

Favorites allows you to select books and
products that interest you without having to place them in a cart.
They will be available for you the next time you log in. You will
be able to save them purchase them at a later time.
14.2 Do I have to purchase any thing I've
placed in my favorites?
No, selecting items as favorites only places
them on your list. You can add or delete them when ever you like.
14.3 How do I buy something in my favorites?
By clicking on the item, you will be taken
to a product detail page. there you will find a button that will
allow you to add it to your chart.
14.4 How do I remove something from my
favorites?
To remove items from your favorites list,
simply click on Edit Favorites on the right side column and check
the box beside the items you would like to remove. The click Update
Favorites to update your list.
15.1 About Our Mini-bookstore Program
Our mini-bookstore accounts are handled
quite simply. Items we publish (the first sixteen pages of the catalog)
are sold to you at a 30% discount, while non-PPH items are discounted
at 20%. There are a few items that we cannot sell to a mini-bookstore
account, such as our Sunday school literature, tracts and church
supplies. These items must be ordered on your church account.
Below you will find a downloadable order form and an option form.
You must select one of the options and enclose 50% of your order,
with the balance due in 30 days. Concerning the order form, the
items listed on it are followed by a discount code of A or B. The
discount schedule is listed on the top left-hand corner of the order
form. You will be charged actual postage on your orders.

WAP products are listed alphabetically. Retail prices shown are

SHIPPING: Wholesale accounts are
charged 10% or actual postage plus a small handling fee (maximum
$3.00). 5% restocking fee on returns of $250.00 or more.
16.1 About Wholesale Accounts
Our wholesale accounts are handled quite
simply. Items we publish (the first forteen pages of the catalog)
are sold to you at a 40% discount, while non-PPH items are discounted
at 20%. There are a few items that we cannot sell at any discount,
such as our Sunday school literature. If you wish to order before
your credit has been approved, you may do so by sending a check,
money order or credit card number along with your order.
Below you can download a credit application and a wholesale order
form. Fill out the credit application and return it to us as soon
as possible. When your credit has been approved we will notify you
of your account number and credit limit. Concerning the order form,
the items listed on it are followed by a discount code of A or B.
